Terms Of Service
Read those terms before getting a commission or design from me. When you purchase anything from me, you're also accepting my Terms of Service/Terms of Usage.★ I will not accept your request if I don't feel comfortable with it.★ Payment is required upfront, you are expected to pay within 24 hours or your slot will not be secured and will be given to someone else.★ I will confirm the payment before starting your commission, I do not take proof of payment because I've been scammed several times before (you can thank them for that).★ I will need age confirmation for the case of suggestive and nsfw art.★ NO REFUNDS. All sales are final, therefore you must be a 100% sure you want to go on with it. Check my art style carefully, the sketches, finished pieces, everything.★ I will not take deviantArt points as payment or other oayment methods unless previously discussed (if I do, it's for a 5 dollar sketch tops). I do mostly Brazilian Reais through pix, USD and EUR through Wise.★ I DO NOT USE PAYPAL AND I DO NOT PLAN ON IT.★ I am open to a payment plan if the price of the commission is US$200 or more. An acceptable payment plan would be half upfront to secure your slot, and another half within a discussed time frame. Commissions under US$200 must be paid upfront.★ Turn-around-time depends on the type and complexity of commission you order and your position in the queue, your art may take more than 60 days once your turn arrives in the queue due to my chronic pain (I can't spend too much time in front of computer because it ruins my lower-back and shoulders for several days). Clients will be updated about potential delays.★ I send updates of the artwork to the client upon sketch completion and finishing stages (aka major updates). Custom design clients will be sent updates at the sketch, coloring, and finishing stages. Other updates will be sent at the clients request. Just don't be invasive and ask all the time about it.★ I will not refund you payment once I've already started your commission.★ You have up to 2 changes to be done in your commissions before I start coloring it, you'll be paying 50% the price of the commission to every extra change you want me to make.★ Commercial art will be charged extra for commercial use and you will have to sign a form.★ I do require at least a certain amount of reference so I can start your commission, otherwise it'll be nearly impossible for me to even start it and it will take way longer than expected to be finished. You can sketch your idea with stick figures, and we'll get into it.★ Price/time can and WILL vary according to complexity.★ Don't turn my art into NFT, I know my legal rights as an artist.Please be patient. I have ADHD & autism, communication isn't really my forte although I do my best to be as straightforward as I can!

Terms of Usage
I do not give permission for anyone to copy, heavy reference or trace any of my artwork or designs I own. If you slap AI into it, expect legal consequences.★ If you are NOT the owner of the commission, you may NOT use it.★ I have the right to post commissions wherever I wish to and use them in my portfolio.★ You may not take credit or claim the artwork as your own, no matter how many edits are made! Base made by other artists must be credited as well according to their own TOS and they'll be tagged/linked accordingly in my adopts.★ Commercial use of designs will cost extra depending on what kind of usage you'll give them.★ Traded designs may only be traded.★ Selling it for a price higher than you bought from me is a grey area even I can't settle on. This is not against my rules or blacklist worthy, but I still strongly prefer to see my designs resold for the original value. If you want to resell for the cost of art you accumulated, that is understandable. I kindly ask that you do not police others for how they resell, as it's not something I intend to enforce/control.★ I do not allow any of my designs to be used for hate speech - such as racism, LGBTQIAP+phobia, zionism, etc. I can and will claim it back.★ Once you have paid, you then have ownership of the character design in the context of sale / resale /etc.★ You do not need further permission to use your character in art, buy commissions, resell/trade, make into a fursuit, sell the fursuit for profit, etc.★ You may make any edits to your character design. You can change species, gender, colors, markings, as freely as you wish. HOWEVER do not edit commissioned artwork to remove or hide my watermarks and/or signatures!★ You are free to edit the actual art of the character design - such as shift hue, saturation, draw over the art, etc. Just remember to keep the original file!★ I strongly recommend you place your own watermark over the file you receive from me. This is to prevent theft. I cannot help you / refund you / etc if you experience theft of the file you now own.★ Do not make copies of the character with the intention to resell for profit. This includes making it into an original species, making relatives/twins/etc.★ You may not EVER claim the original design as your own work. You may point out and take credit for edits you have made, in fact even crediting us as both designers if enough change have been made.★ Do not buy adopts through Amino. It is VERY likely a scam and I do not support or encourage sales of my characters through Amino. I recommend only buying them through Twitter or Toyhouse. Toyhouse is your best bet since characters have transfer history and are approved by me when they are first uploaded. Buying or selling from Amino won't get you blacklisted, however I STRONGLY discourage it.★ CREDIT ME FOR MY DESIGN AND ARTWORK. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE AS WELL AS ANY OF THE TERMS WRITTEN HERE!ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
